Confit Pheasant and Partridge Terrine, plum compote gf*

Cream of Winter Vegetable Soup, rustic granary soldiers gf* v

Olive Board, mixed olives, salami, artisan bread, dipping oil

The Main Event: sauce

Roast Turkey Escalope with sausage meat stuffing crust, dripping roast potatoes, rich meaty gravy gf*

Spinach, Chestnut and Cranberry Pithivier, stilton cream, roast potatoes v

Roast Salmon Supreme, Beurre Blanc, new potatoes gf

Slow Roast Beef Feather Blade with winter vegetables, dripping roast potatoes gf

Pan Fried Pheasant Breast, rich pheasant and port reduction, dripping roast potatoes gf

All the above served with honey glazed root vegetables
and fresh green vegetables

To Round It Off:

Traditional Christmas Pudding, brandy cream

Advance booking required. Deposit of £5pp at time of booking with pre-orders no
less than 7 days before your reservation. 10% discretionary service on tables of 9 or more
