The Main Event:

Bird in a Bird in a Bird, turkey breast stuffed with pheasant and partridge, ‘mums’ stuffing, dripping roast potatoes, rich meaty gravy gf*

Monkfish on Samphire with a Prosecco and Lobster Sauce, new potatoes v gf*

Roast Rump of Lamb, thyme jus, dripping roast potatoes gf

Roast Sirloin of Beef, Yorkshire pudding, dripping roast potatoes, rich meaty gravy gf*

Butternut Squash, Sage and Spinach Strudel with goats cheese and pine nuts, vegetable broth, roast potatoes v

All the above served with honey glazed root vegetables and fresh green vegetables
